The Indiana Court of Appeals will visit Pike High School in Indianapolis this week to hear arguments in a case in which a man appeals his drug dealing conviction.

In Terrance Tindall v. State of Indiana, No. 49A02-1006-CR-855, Terrance Tindall claims certain evidence used to convict him of Class D felony dealing in marijuana was admitted into evidence in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 11 of the Indiana Constitution.

Arguments begin at 8:58 a.m. Thursday in the school’s Performing Arts Center. Judges Carr Darden, Terry Crone, and Cale Bradford will hear the case. For those who would like to attend, contact the high school at 317-291-5250 to find out details about the school’s visitor sign-in policy.
