The Indiana Court of Appeals travels to Wabash Friday to hear arguments in an insurance case.
Judges John G. Baker, Terry A. Crone, and Cale J. Bradford will visit the Honeywell Center’s Ford Theater for arguments
in Jerry French v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Co., No. 18A02-1005-PL-489. Both parties appeal the denial of their
respective motions for summary judgment. At issue is the amount of replacement costs State Farm was obligated to pay under
Jerry French’s insurance policy after a fire at his home.
Arguments begin at 10 a.m. and are open to the public.
