The Judicial Conference of Indiana's Domestic Relations Committee is accepting comments from judges, attorneys, and the public on the proposed changes to the Indiana Child Support Rules and Guidelines.

The proposed changes include a new federal requirement for the child to have health insurance, guidance on the treatment of Social Security disability benefits, and guidance on minimum child-support amounts. Comments can be made online or mailed to Jeffrey Bercovitz, Director, Juvenile and Family Law, Indiana Judicial Center c/o the Domestic Relations Committee, 30 S. Meridian St., Suite 900, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Comments are due by May 13, 2009.
