The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana will conduct a free CLE event next week in New Albany regarding judicial restraint. Indiana University – Southeast professors and Associate Justice Sherman Minton biographers Linda Gugin and James St. Clair will give a presentation about Justice Minton and the evolution of judicial restraint in the 20th century.

The event is from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 6 at the federal courthouse in New Albany, 121 W. Spring St. CLE credit is pending. Gugin and St. Clair will also be in Indianapolis Nov. 7 giving a similar presentation as a part of a courthouse symposium.
