The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana has proposed several amendments to its Local Rules involving discovery disputes, class action suits, appearances, and sentencing.

The Local Rules Advisory Committee is seeking comment on Local Rules 23.1, 37.1, 37.3, 83.7, and Local Criminal Rule 13.1. Comments must be sent in writing or by e-mail before Nov. 30 to Local Rule Comments, Office of the Clerk, 105 U.S. Courthouse, 46 E. Ohio St., Indianapolis, IN 46204 or [email protected].
