Members of the bar and the public are invited to comment as to whether United States Magistrate Judge Michael G. Naville of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, New Albany Division, should be reappointed to a new four-year term.

Magistrate Judge Naville was appointed as part-time magistrate judge for the New Albany Division in 1995. His current term will expire Nov. 22, and the U.S. District Court is required by law to establish a panel of citizens to consider his reappointment.

Comments may be e-mailed to [email protected] or mailed to Laura A. Briggs, Clerk, Attn: Reappointment Panel, United States District Court, 46 E. Ohio St., Room 105, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Comments must be received by March 31.
