Naville of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, New Albany Division, should be reappointed to a new four-year term.
Magistrate Judge Naville was appointed as part-time magistrate judge for the New Albany Division in 1995. His current term will expire Nov. 22, and the U.S. District Court is required by law to establish a panel of citizens to consider his reappointment.
