With construction winding down at the Birch Bayh Federal Building and United States Courthouse in Indianapolis, there are two changes regarding bankruptcy judges’ courtrooms.

Judge James Coachys has returned to his chambers, and hearings in his cases will return to his courtroom Feb. 6. Judge Frank Otte’s chambers have been relocated, and his courtroom will become unavailable Feb. 8. His hearings will typically be conducted in Chief Judge Anthony Metz’s Indianapolis courtroom, Room 311.
