The Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure is seeking comment on several proposed rule amendments, including revisions to change of venue in civil and criminal cases and continuing legal education.

A complete list of the proposed amendments is available on the court’s website. Comment is due May 9 and may be sent to Lilia G. Judson, executive director, Indiana Supreme Court Division of State Court Administration, 30 S. Meridian St., Suite 500, Indianapolis IN 46204 or to [email protected].
