The Volunteer Lawyer Program of Southwestern Indiana will prepare wills for group home residents and patients of Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare as part of the annual Prepare a Will Project.

From 9 a.m. to noon (CDT) June 19, lawyers and paralegals will meet with clients in the Commons, 410 Mulberry St., Evansville, to assist in the preparation of last wills and testaments. Since 2009, the VLP has prepared more than 30 wills for people served by Southwestern Behavioral.

Attorneys may register by sending their name, attorney number, address, phone number and email address to [email protected]. Three time slots are available: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.; 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon (CDT). Attorneys should include with registration which time slot they prefer and register no later than June 13.•
