Postponed Suspension
Ronald E. Weldy, of Marion County, had his suspension postponed until Aug. 16 to accommodate a briefing schedule in a pending case. The Indiana Supreme Court suspended him June 28 for at least 180 days, with 90 days actively served and the remainder stayed subject to one year of probation. His suspension was originally scheduled to begin Aug. 9.•
