Calamari Productions and MSNBC will receive the Alliance for Women in Media's 2010 Gracie Allen Award for an outstanding series at the organization's 35th anniversary gala event in May in Hollywood.

For the series, Grau filmed a total of 18 kids as they went through the juvenile justice system over the course of 10 months, including hearings before Lake Superior Judge Mary Beth Bonaventura.

The Indiana Supreme Court has allowed Grau and her crew unprecedented access into the state's juvenile courts to provide more transparency to the juvenile justice system.

This is the latest in a line of honors Grau has gotten for her work.
