The Indiana Supreme Court has suspended Marion County Traffic Judge William E. Young for 30 days.
Accepting a disciplinary agreement, the five justices voted unanimously on Tuesday to suspend without pay the Marion Superior judge who has been publicly criticized, reversed, and sued for his conduct on the local bench since January 2009. The 48-page order outlining the misconduct precedes an opinion that will be issued later, according to public information officer Kathryn Dolan.
