Comment period open for proposed probate rules

The final proposed Marion County Probate Rules and Probate Forms, which have been approved by the Marion Superior Court Executive Committee and the General Term of Marion Superior Court, are now available for review and comment.

The proposed forms and rules pertain to applications for guardianship, instructions to representatives of estates, sale and transfer of property, and other matters.

Comments will be accepted until June 1, 2011, and can be emailed to Glenn Lawrence at or mailed to: Glenn Lawrence, Office of the Court Administrator, Marion County Circuit and Superior Courts, 200 E. Washington St., Ste. T-122, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
