10:30 a.m. 49S02-1309-JV-595. G.H. was adjudicated delinquent for acts that would be battery and criminal gang activity if committed by an adult. The Court of Appeals reversed the gang activity adjudication, holding the evidence to be insufficient. G.H. v. State, 987 N.E.2d 1164 (Ind. Ct. App. 2013), vacated. The Supreme Court has granted a petition to transfer the case and has assumed jurisdiction over the appeal.
