9 a.m. 82S04-1401-PL-49. When the plaintiffs sued a county health department and sought access to certain death certificate records under Indiana’s Access to Public Records Act, the Vanderburgh Circuit Court granted the county health department summary judgment.  The Court of Appeals affirmed.  Evansville Courier & Press v. Vanderburgh Cnty. Health Dep’t, 993 N.E.2d 302 (Ind. Ct. App. 2013), vacated. The Supreme Court has granted a petition to transfer the case and has assumed jurisdiction over the appeal.
