dinsmore U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Dinsmore took his oath and was sworn in on Dec. 17 by Chief Judge Richard Young in the Southern District of Indiana. The former Barnes & Thornburg attorney replaces Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson, who was elevated to an Article III judgeship in June. A formal investiture ceremony is not yet scheduled.
