Name your replacement

It’s all over the news today that U.S. Supreme Court Justice David Souter is planning to retire after this term. Like a lot of other people, when I heard the news last night that a Supreme Court justice was retiring, I immediately assumed it would Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg. I was surprised to see Souter’s name on the news graphic.

As soon as there’s even a rumor of a retirement, pundits and talking heads like to throw names into the hat as to who will be the president’s pick for a replacement.

Putting aside politics, who would you like to see take his place on the nation’s highest court?
