Indianapolis attorney Mark Rutherford is the new vice chairman of the Libertarian National Committee. Rutherford was elected to a 2-year term during the party's convention in St. Louis over Memorial Day weekend.

Rutherford is a shareholder at Thrasher Buschmann & Voelkel and practices business law, election law, and defense of business and related individuals against administrative and criminal allegations.
