The Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington is seeking judges for its annual Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition
this fall.
The fall rounds begin Oct. 9 and end Nov. 9; there are no arguments during Oct. 16-24, which is fall break. Judges do not
need expertise in any particular legal subject in order to participate. Judges generally sit for one or two sets of two-hour
arguments beginning at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on weeknights, and at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
For more information or to sign up as a judge, contact Executive Judge Coordinator Monica Palacio at judges@indiana.edu or
(812) 855-0227. More information about judging and the competition is also online.

Jack, I was only responding to bill's comment of tying everybody in government together. I agree with you though, it takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch.. As in any profession. What's truly unfair is when somebody violates someone's trust and takes complete advantage of someone
John’s comment is unfair. The majority of attorneys can be trusted. Unfortunately, all it takes is one greedy, unscrupulous, immoral attorney to jade the public.
In regards to bill's comment about trusting the cover meant. We can trust them about as much as we can trust attorneys'.
This is disturbing to learn...
Yikes!
