Login Not Working
If you attempt to login and the system does not seem to accept your login information, and all you get is the logon below message, then you may have a Cookie issue.
In the Privacy settings of Internet Explorer, the settings level for cookies may be set to Medium to High and the web sites tampa.ibj.com and/or www.qfie.com are blocked from writing cookies.
To correct this problem, either adjust the Privacy setting lower or add "tampa.ibj.com" and "www.qfie.com" to the Websites list by clicking the "Edit" button near the bottom of the dialog.

Now enter the 2 websites, "tampa.ibj.com" and "www.qfie.com" into the "Address of Web site:" field and click the "Allow" button.

This should resolve this error when attempting to login. If you are using a different browser, please consult the documentation for your browser concerning blocking cookies.
