The U.S. Supreme Court released its highly anticipated decision on the challenges brought by states and other organizations
to the Affordable Care Act.
Legal analysts report that the requirement that individuals buy health insurance or pay a tax is upheld by a
vote of 5-4, and the federal government’s power to terminate states’ Medicaid funds is narrowly
