Suspension
Jeffrey D. Heck, of Hamilton County, has been suspended immediately by the Indiana Supreme Court for failure to pay costs ordered in connection with proceedings under Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 23. His suspension began Aug. 28 and will continue until Heck files for reinstatement and meets the requirements to be reinstated.
John A. Johnson, of Lake County, has been suspended immediately by the Indiana Supreme Court for failure to pay costs ordered in connection with proceedings under Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 23. His suspension began Aug. 28 and will continue until Johnson files for reinstatement and meets the requirements to be reinstated.
Steven J. Ouellette, of Allen County, has been suspended for noncooperation with the investigation of a grievance. His suspension began Aug. 28 and shall continue until he fully cooperates with the Disciplinary Commission, the investigation or disciplinary proceeds are disposed of, or until further order of the court. Ouellette must pay $512.96 for the costs of prosecuting this matter.
Resignation
David Wyser, of Madison County, has resigned from the bar, effective Aug. 28. Wyser, who pleaded guilty last year to bribery in a federal public-corruption probe, had been suspended since Feb. 26.•
