Jeffrey J. Graham, a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Indianapolis, is the newest Bankruptcy judge in the Southern District of Indiana. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals announced his appointment Monday.

Graham will take office Wednesday and serve a 14-year term. His appointment comes following the retirement of Judge James Coachys, whose last day is Tuesday.

Graham was admitted to the bar in 1998 and received his law degree from Valparaiso University Law School. At Taft, he focused on business restructuring and creditors rights. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana and 7th Circuit bar associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Panel for the Southern District of Indiana.
