A woman who's one of three people charged in a deadly Indianapolis house explosion will stand trial in a different county.

Prosecutors agreed at a Thursday court hearing that Monserrate Shirley's trial should be held outside Marion County. Prosecutors and defense attorneys must now submit a list of proposed counties for the judge to consider as the new trial location.

The Indianapolis Star reports Shirley's attorney, Jim Voyles, said at Thursday's hearing he'd like his client's trial to be held in late 2016.

Shirley, her then-boyfriend Mark Leonard and his brother, Bob Leonard, face murder and arson charges arson in the 2012 blast that killed a couple who lived next door.

Prosecutors allege the trio rigged the explosion at Shirley's home in a scheme to collect $300,000 in insurance.
