Beginning Jan. 1, the attorney admission to practice fee and the pro hac vice motion fee will increase in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

The attorney admission to practice fee will increase from $186 to $226. Of this, $176 will be deposited into the U.S. Treasury and $50 will be deposited into the court’s library fund.

The pro hac vice motion fee more than doubles, going from $30 to $100, per case, per attorney. This entire fee will be deposited into the court’s library fund.
