Criminal. Dismisses appeal of Campbell’s sentence of 21 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release because he waived his right to appeal in district court.

Juvenile. Affirms adjudication as delinquents for what would have been Level 3 and Level 4 arson if committed by an adult, finding the evidence was sufficient.

Criminal. Affirms Cobb’s conviction of battery as a Class C Felony.
