E-Filing: it’s here to stay in Indiana. Though the new system is designed to simplify the process for all users of the court system, making the change to e-filing means big changes for local lawyers.

While the state provides a simple e-filing service provider at no cost, Indiana’s e-filing model also provides users with additional choices from among several alternate e-filing service providers, all of which complete a certification process through the Indiana Supreme Court.

The various e-filing service providers have different costs and features, and some may integrate well with your firm’s existing internal computer system. Hear directly from the state’s authorized e-filing providers at this series of programs designed to ease the transition to e-filing.
