Miscellaneous. Affirms trial court dismisall of ESPN’s suit that sought records from the Notre Dame Police Department of incidents involving student athletes. Holds that for purposes of Indiana’s Access to Public Records Act, NDPD is not a “public agency,”  nor a “law enforcement agency” required to provide records. Holds than an entity must first be a “public agency” to be subject to APRA.

Criminal. Affirms Razi S. Razi’s convictions of child molesting as a Class A felony and child molesting as a Class C felony. Finds that the state presented sufficient evidence to support both convictions.
