National defense law firm Foley & Mansfield has opened a new law office in Indianapolis, its third new office to open in the last two years.

Foley & Mansfield’s downtown Indianapolis office will be staffed to accommodate regional and national clients in commercial litigation and insurance defense matters, the firm announced Wednesday. It will be managed by partner Joseph V. Macha, a Board Certified Trial Specialist who is licensed to practice in Indiana and California.

The Indianapolis office will handle product liability, environmental, toxic tort, employment, transportation, professional liability and construction defect litigation. Nationwide, the firm has 12 offices, including recently opened locations in Kansas City and Portland.

“I am excited to be leading the firm’s entrance into the Indiana legal market,” Macha said in a statement. “With a vibrant business climate and great standard of living, I see ample opportunities to expand and enhance our capabilities for clients in the state.”
