The Indiana Northern District Bankruptcy Court has amended two of its local rules relating to costs and pre-trial procedures.

Frist, Local Bankruptcy Rule B-7016-1, which relates to pre-trial procedure, was amended by removing paragraph (c)(1). That paragraph contained references to core and non-core, and now reads, “a statement concerning the court’s subject matter jurisdiction which shall also state whether or not the parties consent to the bankruptcy judges hearing and determining the matter and entering any final judgment or orders therein.”

Second, Local Bankruptcy Rule B-7054-1, which related to Costs, was abrogated.

The official order amending the local rules, dated Dec. 8, can be read here.
