Electronic filing is now available in more than 40 civil and criminal case types in the Jay Circuit and Superior courts. By August 6, E-filing will be mandatory for attorneys in these courts for all subsequent and initial filings in case types that allow it.

Fifteen more counties are scheduled or pending to implement voluntary e-filing by the end of the year, with Decatur Township Small Claims Court and Pike Township Small Claims Court in Marion County up next on June 15.

Exact dates are subject to change, and more counties will be added before the end goal of mandatory e-filing statewide by 2018.
