The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies student chapter at Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington is hosting an event Monday to discuss developments in election law since Crawford v. Marion County Election Board.

Hans von Spakovsky, a former member of the Federal Election Commission and senior legal fellow at Heritage Foundation's Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, and Maurer School of Law professor Luis Fuentes-Rohwer will be on hand to discuss issues in election law. Those issues include the "Hillary, the Movie!" case under consideration in the Supreme Court of the United States; the voter ID case, Crawford; voter fraud allegations against ACORN; voter intimidation, and other topics.

The discussion begins at noon in the law school. Armen Boyajian, president of the Federalist Society student chapter, said the location is yet to be determined, but there will be signs when you walk in the front door of the law school directing people to the event. The discussion is open to the public.
