The ACLU of Indiana is now accepting nominations for its board of directors. Board members must be members of the organization.

Board members have several duties, including attending bi-monthly Saturday meetings in the Indianapolis office, organizing and attending ACLU of Indiana events, and participating in fundraising.

Terms are for three years beginning Jan. 1, 2013. Those who are interested in running for election should send a 250-300 word statement about your background and explaining why you believe you would be a productive board member. Statements should be emailed to [email protected] by May 15.

Ballots will be sent to all ACLU of Indiana members this summer.
