Criminal. Affirms Robert White’s conviction for intimidation as a Class A misdemeanor but reverses his conviction for neglect of a child as a Level 6 felony, as there was not enough evidence to sustain his conviction. Remands for resentencing. Judge Rudolph Pyle dissents, noting he thinks there is enough evidence to sustain the neglect conviction.
