Tax season is here! Join the Clinic’s Director of Tax and Economic Justice to explore important tax legal themes. This virtual CLE will discuss how the IRS collects outstanding tax liabilities and the process it uses. It will also discuss the following collection alternatives: (1) Installments Agreements; (2) Currently Not Collective Status; and (3) Offers in Compromise.
