The Indiana Court Improvement Program is accepting applications for grants for projects that will improve the safety, well-being, and permanency of families and children involved in neglect and child abuse proceedings.

Examples of projects eligible for CIP funding include videoconferencing equipment, CHINS drug court programs, and training videos. More information about the grant application, requirements, and funding is available on the courts' Web site. The application priority deadline is July 1, with the award supporting programs from Oct. 1, 2009, to Sept. 30, 2010.
