In an order posted today, the Indiana Supreme Court dismissed April 10 a petition to transfer to a breach of contract suit regarding the purchase of a hotel at auction.

Following the May 30, 2008, ruling from the Indiana Court of Appeals in Narendra Parbhubhai Patel v. United Inns, Inc., No. 06A04-0709-CV-501, Narendra Patel filed a petition for transfer to the Supreme Court; Patel later filed to withdraw the transfer and dismiss the petition because the parties have settled.
