Attorneys from the Lafayette area, including a representative from the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor's Office, will be on hand to give a presentation and answer questions on child support and related issues during the Legal Aid Corporation of Tippecanoe County's "Legal Aid 101" presentation Wednesday. The event is free and open to the public and refreshments will be provided.

While questions are encouraged, the presenters won't be able to give specific legal advice on individual cases. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Tippecanoe County Library, 627 South St., Lafayette. The "Legal Aid 101" educational series provides legal information in order to prevent future legal problems.
