Indiana Supreme Court Justice Theodore R. Boehm announced today that he is retiring from the state’s highest court
on Sept. 30, 2010.

The 71-year-old justice said he must step down in the coming years because of the state’s mandatory retirement age
of 75, and this was the most appropriate time. He has been on the bench since 1996.
