Simmons to Manage Baker & Daniels China/International Practices
SimmonsJackie Simmons, a lawyer in Baker & Daniels Indianapolis office, has been selected to managing partner for client service who leads the firm’s China and international practice. Before joining Baker & Daniels Simmons was vice president and general manager at Reilly Industries. She received her J.D. with honors from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington and her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Public Comment Invited on Possible Rule Changes
The Indiana Supreme Court is interested in obtaining comments from judges, attorneys and the public as it considers changes to the several Rules of Court. Comments will be accepted until March 25.
