Trial courts interested in earning a Family Court Project grant have until July 1 to apply.

There are 23 counties with Family Court projects. The one-year grant offers up to $40,000 for trial courts. Priority will be given to applications that show innovative programming in three main areas: access to justice, alternative dispute resolution/early case management, and court-related services.

The application is available online and questions should be directed to Family Court Manager Loretta Oleksy at 317-233-0784 or [email protected].

The Family Court Project was created in 1999 to develop “common sense” models to better serve families with multiple cases pending in the courts.
