The Indianapolis Bar Foundation has extended the deadline for its Neil E. Shook Scholarship, which is given to a second-year student at Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. The $1,500 scholarship is awarded to a student who exhibits academic proficiency, interest in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy law, financial need, leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and who is a proponent of civility in the legal profession.

Visit the Indianapolis Bar Association’s website for more details and an application form. Applications must be received by Oct. 1 to be considered.
