The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana has adopted revisions to its local rules, which took effect Aug. 3.

The changes involve Rule B-2014-1, Employment of Professionals by Debtor-in-Possession, which adds a requirement that counsel for the debtor-in-possession be a registered ECF user and make all filings electronically; and Rule B-9010-1, Attorneys, making a technical correction to the rule.
