The United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Indiana, issued an order Oct. 5 amending local bankruptcy rules. The United States Trustee proposed a clarification to rule B-3002-1, which the court adopted. The court received several comments expressing concern over rule B-3007-1, which has been tabled until further notice.

Pursuant to general order 11-0003, all amendments will become active Oct. 11.
