Twenty-five attorneys make up the 2012 inaugural class of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy. The statewide leadership program will help attorneys become informed, committed and involved so they may fill significant leadership roles in bar associations, community organizations and other groups.

The members will participate in five sessions on leadership principles and techniques, the importance of effective leaders in organizations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness and the challenges and rewards of leadership in action. Class members are attorneys who have been practicing law for less than 15 years.

A complete list of the class members is available on the Indiana State Bar Association’s website.
