Stacia A. Buechler, Rodney L. Michael and Trent J. Sandifur have been elected partner in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister. Buechler practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate transactions. Michael focuses his practice primarily on complex environmental and toxic tort matters. Sandifur focuses his practice on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and international anti-corruption compliance, investigations and defense.

Fleming practices general commercial law with a focus on financial transactions, distressed credit and real estate. Nicolas Terry has been appointed the Hall Render Professor of Law at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and serves as the co-director of the Hall Center for Law and Health.
