Comment Period Open for Amendments to Local Rules

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana has released proposed amendments to certain Local Rules for a period of public comment through Dec. 14, 2012. If adopted, these rules will become effective Jan. 1, 2013. The proposed amendments are available online on the court’s website at www.insd.uscourts.gov. Comments must be submitted in writing or via email on or before Dec. 14, 2012, and should be sent to:
