Time is running out for Indiana attorneys to complete their annual attorney registration payments and IOLTA certification. The deadline is Oct. 1.
The registration portal has been revised so lawyers now have the option of not listing their business addresses on the Roll of Attorneys website. Attorneys can register and pay online at the Indiana Clerk of Court website, http://appealsclerk.IN.gov.
Lawyers who fail to register by the deadline could be fined up to $440 and suspended from practice.
