A former U.S. ambassador to Costa Rica and the current general counsel at The Home Depot will address graduates Saturday at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and IU Maurer School of Law, respectively.

Anne Slaughter Andrew, a 1983 graduate of IU McKinney, is the commencement speaker at the graduation ceremony in Indianapolis. Andrew served as ambassador to Costa Rica from 2009 until July 2013. She began her legal career in Indianapolis at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and later joined Patton Boggs as a partner in the law firm’s environmental and energy group. Andrew is also a founding partner of New Energy Nexus LLC, a clean-energy consulting company.

Teresa Wynn Roseborough, the speaker for IU Maurer’s ceremony, is responsible for all of The Home Depot’s legal functions worldwide. She serves as general counsel and corporate secretary for the company, where she has worked since 2011. Roseborough previously worked in the legal department of MetLife and was a partner at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, where she practiced in complex litigation matters. She earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Notre Dame Law School and Valparaiso University Law School will hold their commencement ceremonies May 16.
