Bose McKinney & Evans in Indianapolis has announced it's cutting 10 attorneys, two paralegals, and 13 staff positions. The reductions affect 7 percent of the attorneys and 11 percent of the staff of the firm. The firm's managing partner Kendall Crook said in a statement the layoffs are a result of the recession.
